The Problem Definition
The Law Firm initially purchased the Documate software as an investment to save time in the Practice, however, were unsuccessful with the implementation of the application and continued to pay for licensing for it for almost 1 year.

FOCUS
Assisted the Client with the automated transition of individual manually populated documents into an automated workflow Solution called Documate. The documents within scope cover the subject matters of Estate Planning, Business, and Probate in which we created three workflows with logic to handle the various number of documents. This Business Operation Infrastructure update allowed for multiple documents to be populated from an initial questionnaire, thus saving time on filling out repeat forms for the Law Firm.
Results:
The Client realized gains in the form of ROI heavily through Labor and Time Cost Savings. What used to take 1 hour per workflow now takes 20 min to complete. Product & Service Quality, Sustainability Of Communications, and Training all improved as well from the implementation.
