• Develop and maintain interactive Virtual and In-Person Networking Forums for focused market research and collaborative promotion of The MJW Group Enterprise.

• Present well sought out evaluations and reports of new Companies entries into markets of interest through social media, business outlets, and educational outlets.

• Attend interactive Virtual and In-Person Networking Forums to educate communities on our Services and Core Values.

Introspective And Existential Technical And Creative Delivery

• Identify National and Regional Artists, Teams, and Organizations who promote Authentic Self-Expression through a Technical And Creative Delivery to solicit approved featurings, promotions, or collaborations with The MJW Group to foster a village mentality.

Creative Deliverables And Content Creation Management

• Write Content For And Manage The Balanced Introspective And Existential Existence™ Blog under the Social Ecosystem section of The MJW Group website.

• Create and edit engaging Video (digital and scenic) recorded/captured content and visual media.

• Create and edit engaging Photographic (digital and scenic) content and visual media. 

• Create and Develop engaging digital designed materials that Aligns with The MJW Group Brand and Message through research and experience for distribution.

• Editing and proofread content to Ensure the removal of spelling, grammar, and sentence structure errors prior to distribution:

• Blogs, Newsletters, Posts, Large Email Campaigns/Distributions, Presentations, Lectures, Retreats, and Speaking Engagement supplemental resources.

• Engage Clients, Leads, and Followers through Social Media Platforms, Email, and Calls.

Lead Generation

• Actively engage with Internal and External social media platforms to drive traffic towards revenue generating funnels and activities for The MJW Group.

• This includes but is not limited to:

• Promotion of Team Members’ Social Media Pages, Activities, And Content to foster engagement from target markets.

• Promotion of Affiliates’, Partners’, and Clients’ Social Media Pages, Activities, and Content to foster engagement from target markets.

• Research and Consult the Team on emerging Technologies, trends, and funding to foster Best In Class proactive prioritization around Podcasts, Featured Newsletter Articles, Conferences, Blogs, and Affiliations.

Recruiting Execution

• Assist with Recruiting Processes as a Facilitator, Guide, and Keeper of knowledge to maximize the Quality Of The Recruitment Onboarding Experience for both Internal Team Consulting Efforts and Permanent Client Staffing Efforts.

• As needed, identify Niched Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and DIVERGENT Candidates.
