The Team Automated the Dubsado workflows across their coaching offerings enabling the ability to seamlessly scale the Solution for anticipated increased volume of onboarding new Clients, conducted application training, established Team responsibilities matrix, and created Operational documentation on Processes which were previously non-existent.
