The Client Struggled with inconsistent Reporting and Analytics within the Organization, limiting true buy in to the accuracy of the information provided, leading to the absence of Process around Data Governance and the retention policies within the Salesforce application.

Analyzed Data tables to remove inaccurate, incomplete, and low-quality Data transactions. Additionally, The MJW Group performed analysis on master detail Data relationships, especially around Accounts and Contacts. Our Team also reviewed all incoming integrations that contributed to the Data story and collaborated with internal resources to understand all Data connections, frequencies, and scheduled jobs.
Results:
Removed 50% of stale, inaccurate, and incomplete Data by Tables to include (Accounts, Contacts, Lead, Opportunities, Tasks, Events and Other related tables).
Cleared over 3 Million transactions older than 5 years old.
Revised archive and retention policies for frequency and execution time reminders.
Enabled cleaner view of pipeline reporting, opportunities by stage and visibility to task Management tied to Client engagement.
