Creative S.T.E.M. Project Manager

Technical Execution

  • Research and suggest innovative Best Practices for delivering automation and Technological enablement for Clients and The MJW Group.

  • Deliver Business Operation Infrastructure and Technological Innovation improvements for Clients and The MJW Group to ensure operational efficiencies, visibility, Cohesiveness, and Transparency of Services and Products.

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Infographics.

  • Manage and Facilitate Client and Team Meetings/Engagements.

Leadership Development Vertical and The MJW Group University

  • Coordinate and establish paths forward for delivering Leadership Development and Training curriculums, modules, and programs for Clients and Team Members.

Public Relations

  • Give The MJW Group a physical presence in the marketplace.

    • Make appearances on behalf of The MJW Group (virtually and in person).

    • Assist in Client engagement events for helping events run seamlessly.

  • Funnel Customer inquiries for The MJW Group to be at speaking engagements into solidified scheduled calendar place holders.

    • Lunch-and-Learns

    • Retreats

    • Networking Events

    • Live/Virtual Events

    • Conventions

  • Follow up and generate a nurturing relationship with Clients and potential Clients through:

    • Gifts

    • Cards/Letters

    • Emails

Content Management

  • Create and develop engaging materials such as graphics, images, Marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations or Microsoft Word documents, including creation of templates which aligns with The MJW Group Brand and Message through research and experience for distribution.  This includes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

  • Create, edit, and proofread content to ensure the removal of spelling, grammar, and sentence structure errors prior to distribution of the following:

    • Blogs, Newsletters, Social Media Posts, Large Email Campaigns/Distributions, Presentations, Lectures, Whitepapers, Retreats, and Speaking Engagement supplemental resources

  • Update Social Media accounts with scheduling of posts.

  • Generate reports relative to social media, email communications, and ad performances. 

  • Create Ensure that the content we create delivers to the Voice Of The Customer (VOC).

  • Integrate researched statistics, facts, trends, and body of knowledge into communications as needed.

  • Keep website(s) and landing pages updated.

Project Management

  • Manage the Weekly Priority Cadence for the Team to ensure that timelines, tasks, and projects are completed on time to hit our objectives and goals with Clients and internal Team.  You’ll be a leader in a fast-paced, growing environment where multiple initiatives are being executed and worked on at one time.

  • Ability to communicate to Clients through our Team’s internal business infrastructure-Phone, Email, Zoom, ClickUp, and Slack.

  • Provide proactive communication to the Team when timelines, tasks, and Projects are falling behind schedule.

  • Manage the Strategic Business Operations and Infrastructure Advisory (SBOIA) Program Client Engagements from Strategy through Delivery.

  • Provide leadership that mirrors the mission and Core Values of The MJW Group.  

  • Foster a professional, accountable environment within The MJW Group, while also maintaining the Transparent Culture we’ve created with our Team.  

Community Service

  • Actively Lead, Seek, and Engage Value-added initiatives to align The MJW Group with Sustainable Community efforts and Projects.

  • Partner with Corporations, Small Businesses, Institutions, Non-profits, and Enterprise Members for investing in future initiatives to support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

  • Find Innovative ways to join both STEM and Creative communities into beneficial relationships.

Customer Maintenance and Lead Generation

  • Research focus markets to generate quality Customer leads lists.

  • Research marketing channels for communicating on product offerings.

    • Guest Blogs

    • Guest Social Media Outlets

    • Guest and Neighboring Newsletter Outlets

    • Website Presentation

Senior Level

  • Responsible for ensuring Team Members’ work/deliverables and your own work/deliverables are aligned and completed with respect to assigned Project/Tasks timelines and due dates (Including Project Managers And Other Direct Reports/Dotted Line Reports).

Your Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Applicable Experience.

  • Proven work experience in the Digital Marketing function.

  • Familiarity with design software programs such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

  • Strong digital presence with knowledge of the latest social media trends.

  • Knowledge of analytical and SEO tools.

  • You’re a People person. You’ve worked with diverse groups of People in the past and know how to balance Leadership with empathy.  

  • You understand the different functions of a business, such as marketing, finance, and running a Team. Ideally, you’re also specifically familiar with online and/or personal brand businesses.  

  • You know how to lead our Team to execute the weekly details in service of our big picture vision, and you have experience doing this.

  • Ideally, you’re familiar with Project management and Team communication tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom. However, we’re also open to other solutions and tools you prefer. 

  • You’re resourceful. No problem or circumstance is going to keep you from hitting your goals. You’ll find a way to make things happen.  

  • You can see both the big picture vision and the intimate details that make it all happen. But overall, you’re extremely detail oriented.  

  • You know how to prioritize and manage multiple Projects with different Teams at one time. 

  • The idea of nurturing a Team, helping People to feel seen, and creating an incredible Team culture makes you feel amazing. You love motivating humans and creating a transparent, yet professional environment. 

  • You’re assertive and empathetic. You aren’t scared to have difficult conversations with the Team and you can do so with love and understanding. People feel appreciated and valued even after having tough conversations with you.
